Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

1. In the same condition that you received it

2. Unworn / unused

3. With all original tags attached

4. In its original packaging

5. Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

Once your return request is approved, we will send you:

1. A return shipping label

2. Detailed instructions on how and where to send your package

Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs.

These costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Damages & Issues

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to:

1. Submit a return request for your current item

2. Once your return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped into the EU, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must meet the same eligibility requirements listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

1. Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days

2. Your bank or card provider may require extra time to post the refund
